With WP Popups, you’ll spend most of your time using the visual template builder to create your popups. However, the main plugin settings page does let you perform a few key actions with respect to analytics and integrations with email marketing services.
To access the plugin settings, go to WP Popups -> Settings.
License Key
The first setting you’ll definitely want to configure is your license key. Entering your license key provides access to the WP Popups addons and enables automatic updates.
You can find your license key in the Downloads tab of the WP Popups website account dashboard:
Analytics
The Analytics section of the General tab lets you control how WP Popups handles analytics tracking.
You can:
- Disable WP Popups’ built-in analytics.
- Set up Google Analytics Event Tracking to view popup conversions and impressions in Google Analytics.
Integrations
The Integrations tab lets you set up integrations with other tools, like email marketing services. The exact integrations that you see will depend on which WP Popups addons you have installed.
With the core WP Popups plugin, you’ll see integrations for:
If you click on an integration, you’ll expand its settings. And if you install additional addons, new integrations will appear here.
Misc
If you enable the “Powered by” label under your popups in the template builder, the Misc tab lets you automatically insert your WP Popups affiliate link to earn a 35% commission on any sales that you refer.
